Hidden Meanings in the Bible...
    #472965 - 11/28/01 11:45 PM (15 years, 14 days ago)

THIS IS THE SUN STORY

The sun is born out of the constellation Virgo, the virgin. This happens in the 9th month, September .
According to the scriptures Jesus is born of a Virgin.
***************************
December 21st, the shortest day of the year, the Sun apparently moves to it's most southerly point in Capricorn. The ancients attached it's southernmost position to Crux, the constellation the Southern Cross located in the most southerly position, Thus the sun was considered crucified on December 21st, the shortest day. The day with more darkness then any other.
According to the scriptures, Jesus is crucified.
*****************
The sun is then entombed in the bowels of the earth,3 days and 3 nights, December 22, 23, and 24. It is the winter solstice.
Scripture says Jesus was in the tomb 3 days and 3 nights.
******************
The sun is then reborn out of the solstice on December 25th.
Tradition celebrates the birth of Jesus on December 25th.
******************
Thirty days after December 25th the sun moves into the sign of the waterman Aquarius.
Thirty years after his birth Jesus enters the water of the waterman John.
*******************
The sun them moves into the sign of the fish, Pisces.
Jesus selects his disciples from among the fishermen.
*********************
The sun then moves into the sign of the Ram Aries that takes away the cold of the winter.
Scripture calls Jesus the Lamb of God that takes away the sins of the world
***********************
In the Northern Hemisphere the sun moves to the Eastern sky or the right side and summer comes. It is called astronomically, celestial right ascension.
Scripture says that Jesus ascends to sit at the right hand of the father.
*************************
The sun concludes its journey in August in the sign of Leo the Lion.
Jesus concludes his journey in the book of Revelation as he is called the Lion of Judah.
So who is the Sun and who is his father .

I was browsing your web site there and see that there are a few distinctions between Muslims and Christians that you failed to point out. So I'll fill you in.

Muslims are willing to die in a holy war because the Koran teaches that to do so ensures enterance into heaven. (their big mistake is to follow the loudest guy shouting "Jihad!"...been that way for centuries.)

Bible believeing Christians hold that "enterance into heaven"(whatever) cannot be ensured by "dieing for the cause". Salvation is based on being one of God's elect.

This is a very distinct difference that lots of people seem to be overlooking these days while attacking "relegion". Has anyone else picked up on this?

Axiom420, I do NOT believe in KILLING in the name of God. I think this is the real mistake people make in socalled "holy wars".

Those are some very interesting parallels you have pointed out there. Very insightful.

I had the most beautiful girlfriend (she looked like Madona - drop dead gorgeous) who turned me on to the Beatles one loooong evening rolling around all over the rug - it was a real trip hearing their music. So in a way, yeeeeoooow yes.

Just a very short comment on this one (neither positively nor negatively meant): Communism?

"According to Islamic law there are at least six reasons why Bin
Laden's barbaric violence cannot fall under the rubric of jihad: 1)
Individuals and organizations cannot declare a jihad, only states
can; 2) One cannot kill innocent women and children when conducting a
jihad; 3) One cannot kill Muslims in a jihad; 4) One cannot fight a
jihad against a country in which Muslims can freely practise their
religion and proselytize Islam; 5) Prominent Muslim jurists around
the world have condemned these attacks and their condemnation forms a
juristic consensus (ijma') against Bin Laden's actions (This
consensus renders his actions un-Islamic); 6) The welfare and
interest of the Muslim community (maslaha) is being harmed by Bin
Laden's actions and this equally makes them un-Islamic."

- Professor Bernard Haykel, professor of Islamic studies at New York
University. ( http://www.dawn.com/2001/10/08/op.htm#2)

I'd like to see a real Jihad then. It must be rarer than... well something pretty damn rare.

Jihad documentary:
----"Wait for it... Wait for it... Condition three is almost in place... THERE! JIHAD!" but sadly for the muslims the genocide was complete.----

I'm not really pulling for Bin Laden, but it's a war. Christian bibles tell us not to do shit, but we do it anyway. This war is most likely against Gods, Jesus and Moses will, but we've got every preacher and clergyman on the continent shouting, "God Bless America!" from every rooftop.
Gods aren't running these wars, people are. Even if it goes against the Kabhala (sp?) the muslim people (it's not just "muslims" but I can't think of it...) have every right to fight as anyone else does. I wish there was no fighting, but people like fighting. They're ignorant children to me who can't get along.
So, in conclusion, christianity (catholic whatever) is being just as abandoned, perverted, marred... as the Kabhala deal. (I'm not up to date on my muslim religious terms.)

"According to Islamic law there are at least six reasons why Bin Laden's barbaric violence cannot fall under the rubric of jihad:"

Well, there's a shitload of reasons why America's barbaric deeds past and present make it the current Satan of the earthly realm.

No, not actually communism... more like Pentacook(sp?) Indian democracy - which is the basis of US democracy circa 1700's. Mutual giving vs. selfish taking.
