thin shrooms

why are my puetro rican shrooms so thin (aprox 1/4) thick???. The lipa yanas right next to them are fat.

i think (not 100%) puertos may need a slightly more moist substrate to produce fatyter shroomz. also they may require more O2 as co2 buildup tends to make them grow taller and thinner, focusing on reaching toward the lighter O2 at the top of your terrarium. fan more and try inner reservoir tek on teh PR cakes (if theyre cakes) or inject sterile water in them w/ empty syringe if theyre casings.

Most Thai strains are fairly bulky... puerto ricans are sometimes too thin to carry there own weight and other times about average thickness. You might also want to try adding more moisture to your cakes or casings like suggested
