My keyboard fucked up on my dell and I had to go through their fuckin terrible support system. One guy I called wanted me to open the fucker up and have a look inside too, I says no way.

I ended up talking with like 4 different people over the course of a week, I just ended up sending it away and they fixed it. Why is that always the last fuckin option to them? Next computer is a mac for me
