I can't say where this was sent, or what the company in question is...but the customer sure did a good job of sounding like a moron!

Looks like he used spellcheck...but didn't pay attention to what words it was replacing his mistakes with :lol:

Here is the text, for those who don't want to click:

Subject; Warranty.

The problem; person one of many, was Jan (If that is her true name);
Ref, #XXXXX

What good is a warranty (Purchase XX/XX/2004) When you spends so much time on the telephone, trying to get a problem corrected. Or ask for some informant. In fact asking for informant is what got me in the trouble that I am in now. The question was; I was trying to inquired, ("How does one get a screen print?"). Well she  would keep telling me I should call the people that made my printer. I told her many times that I was not talking about my printing.

Well that is when the trouble started.
She had me running all kinds chances until my computer stopped. When I told her what she handed done to my computer. Her reply was, she broken the phone correction.

For weeks now I been trying to get my computer running going again. I got it going by using my backups that I made when I first got my company. The problems are it running very slow (Not any virus, because I have Norton, and AOL have a number of anti-virus running.) You ask for a program, and it may take three or four chicks to get it to open.

These are only a fwe of the problem she caused. The computer was running find, and I sure with a person that knows XXX computers can do this. And it's not the customer place to take the computer apart and make repair.

THIS IS WHAT I AM ASKING, MY COMPUTER SHOULD BE REPAIRED LIKE WHEN I FIRST OPEN THE BOX. Up to now I asking what good is a warranty if a customer must put up to this kind of treatment. And it would be nice if they could speak English.

Thank you for your time, and I trust that we can do what is needed.

I bet it's Dell.  I call Dell customer support fairly often, and I have NEVER...NOT ONCE...got a rep on the line who spoke english as a first language.  I don't know what the deal is, but it's really frustrating when I need help and I can barely understand what this dude is saying to me.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not racist by any means...but I think a Canadian or American tech support line should hire people who are comfortable and confident with the native language.  :mad2:

They caused my computer to melt down. I finally (after many hours) got one of the managers and refused to answer any more questions , but refused to get off the phone. I told them I didn't have to be anywhere for the next couple of days.

A new computer arrived thereafter.  They are totally nuts. :crazy:

That is such bad grammar that the almost appears to be a hoax! What sorts of reason would such there be for a person to write something that horrible; ("I.E. the run on sentences, and incomplete.)  I think he should ahve been on many drugs.. what use is the sending of his letter if no one can read it?
