moisture build up on agar plates

When I pour plates of malt agar I get alot of condensate on the top of the plate. I live in a very humid area so the ambient humidity is high no matter what.
My ideas so far are
1 dehumidify lab either with dehumidifier or AC (expensive)
2 wait longer for agar to cool before pouring? (maybe gels in flask?)
3 wait till the next day, shake plates, pour off liquid in front of hood (open to contamination)
4 let it be (Is it going to cause that big of a problem?)

i always get water in my agar plates, i just leave it, sometimes i even tap it off the cap and it ends up on the agar, it seems to evaporate eventually. ive never had a problem with it.
