the 7 chakras

Here I'm going to make a 7-post thread explaining the 7 chakras and what they are and what they are. Many people believe that you progress through the chakras from the root chakra up to the crown chakra. Not so. The root is the opposite from the crown, but it's not the origin, they are both equal, just different. Mental to physical. Sky to Earth. See now? Most people are stupid. They are good at working and having sex and getting women pregnant but they never really get close to understanding the universe like Albert Einstein or Terence McKenna did. On the other hand some people start at the crown in their journey and they struggle to plunge downward to manifest things into the real world. The root is their final challenge!

I will start at the crown, not because I am smart but because I just prefer it this way and I think a lot of internet people have this problem with the physical reality half of the chakra scale....

The crown chakra also called "pishtoo" is not something anyone can conceptualize. It's a little bit like ego loss, and since noone can explain or conceptualize ego loss in any way so too noone can explain the crown chakra. It's just there, and it's supremely intense. You will be all there, in the crown chakra when you are dead and have lost all connection to the material plane (aka "reality"). You must take lots and lots of drugs in order to attain any sort of interaction with the crown chakra while you are still alive. It cannot be conceived of through 'meditation' or any other spiritual practice not involving drugs. That's about all I can say about it. It's just a really really intense chakra, like drowning

The next chakra down is an awesome awesome chakra...the third eye. Many people don't understand what is the difference between the crown chakra and the third eye. The answer is that you can't think of the crown chakra while you are alive, whereas the third eye is the brain, thought, idea.... People say sometimes you can feel yourself perceiving things from your third eye. Maybe. I don't know about that. It's supposedly at the front of your brain. If you read books you will become smarter and your third eye will get stronger. Going to college also helps you get smarter. Another way to strengthen your third eye is to stop watching television. Another way is to stop spending so much time on the internet.

The next one is the throat chakra. Speak, voice yourself, express yourself like Madonna. Join the chorus of other souls on planet earth. If you are having trouble understanding this chakra there are christian men and women who summon jesus and talk weird languages. This is called 'speaking in tongues' and is the ultimate expression of the throat chakra. The throat chakra is the official chakra of the internet cause the internet is all talk and has no basis in reality. You can tell the truth, you can lie, you can formulate essays, you can babble, it's all the same on the internet! Be careful what you say though or it will make people think you are an asshole. Another thing they will think is that you are queer. If you don't use your voice, noone will think anything of you. If you use it to say good things, people ignore you. I used to say good things, the first year of this account. Read back through my archives if you don't believe me. Noone ever said shit in response to any of those posts. Once I started saying random things and crappy things then people were talking to me. Now I say nothing but crappy things and people hate me and I don't care about that, him, her, you, Terry Shiavo, who cares? Not me! Be careful how you use the throat chakra. It's better not to use it at all and go get some exercise.

The next chakra is called the heart chakra. The heart chakra is the middle, and so is equally part of the consciousness reality and the physical reality. I saw a video about the chakras and there were these birds who came and flew around in a circle with a rainbow and it was 'mad' corny I want to tell you. this is the middle of the 7 chakras where the top 3 female ones meet the bottom 3 female ones.(see the balance) Here they fall in love and get married and grow old together. If you are in love with someone and they love you back the heart chakra is great! If you don't have someone it is corny as all hell. Worse than that though it can turn your heart black because you will get to thinking about this wonderful thing which so many other people supposedly have which you are lacking, and always have, and looks less and less likely you will ever attain as each day passes and your physical vessell gets older and uglier. We should all love each other more. Black and white people should forgive each other and be friends again. People are nice deep down, let's all be friends, right, we can go to the park, we can watch a movie together (unless you are both males in which case those are very queer ideas)....alright, I don't know shit about this chakra I am going to admit it. I think this is one where I am blocked. anyhow...

Now we enter the final three, these are male. This one here is seated in the solar plexus (aka abs of steel) It is called the 'fire' chakra (or fikra for short) It is all about energy, generating energy, generating will, fire in yer belly. This is what made people join armies and go kill other people cause they lived in a different country that they wanted to take over for the past 800 years of history. It turns out that was all done for stupid reasons, It turns out this is almost always directed in stupid ways.. building industrial empires that destroy planet earth. The fire chakra is good though. It helps you get boners. It helps you go jogging. It helps you sit and do your homework for 1 hour. Well sometimes you have to suppress it to do boring things. I don't know. I like this chakra a lot though. If you go to a forum called Off Topic Discussion you can swear at other people which is sort of like fighting, and that helps me relieve tension. I am deficient in fire in my belly. One reason is cause of smoking lots of pot, which turns you into a woman. Another reason is cause of the internet, which is also kind of effeminite thing to do a lot of . I like to plunge my body into icy water, even though it sounds like that would be counteractive to generating energy and fire, nothing invigorates me more. I come out and I'm full of fire and I say "ok now I am going to live under lasting change" and that lasts about 24 hours, or maybe 48...then the fire dies out again and all the old addictions return. Also please remember to be careful around ovens, burns hurt for a long time.

The second to the bottom is the chakra of polarity, the chakra of water, and it's located on the genitals. Water is polar, positive on one side, negative on the other, that's how come it's all glued together like a pancake if you spill it on the table. I remember in my chakra video they showed a woman's pelvis gyrating around and that aroused me, but I have no idea at all what the hell this chakra is about in any spiritual sense. I think it's trying to tell you that if you are impotent you should fix that. THey have pills for that nowadays. There is viagra. There is another where the commercial is like these two old people in two bathtubs and one rubs the other person's hand and the narrator goes "for when the time turns to the right time" or some thing. THat makes you feel guilty and encourages you to feel shame, and buy their pills. Theres no shame in having less sex as you get older. Old age is lovely, we get to rest more, we get fewer responsibilities, it's like becoming a child again.... Anyway, yeah this here chakra, I don't know.... forget this one, it's just a stupid chakra.

THe final chakra is called the 'anal' chakra, though some people also call it the 'root' chakra. This one is the end of the journey into manifesting reality, the physical reality, the planet earth, soil and rock. Make things happen. Don't just think things should happen, or you will regret being lopsided towards the mental realm. The root chakra, get things done. Do it. Like Nike, you know what needs to be done so do it. If you can remember what you knew in teh crown while you were tripping balls and having Jesus Christ consciousness manifest that into reality. If not, I mean at least try to remember one of the other four top-chakras. I don't know how you can remember expression. That's stupid. Forget that idea. Now, like the anus, I am going to dump myself out of the shroomery... maybe forever, maybe not, I love you all with all my heart.

I most likely have experienced a few, as for i can feel the energy in certain spots of my body.

You can access any of the chackras as you wish threw guided meditation based on the ideas behind each chakra. Say you are lacking confidence you do a meditation on your base chackra"anal chackra" and focus on supporting yourself in the light and repeat a mantra so to speak that gets you in a more posetive self reliant space. There is a science behind it, I think of the chackras as medifores for the forces of nature and our innerbeing and the connections between the two. Focusing on the "chakras" that are out of wack and meditating on what they mean brings em back to a balance. The whole thing with the chakra system and the philosofies that go with them is bringing an inner peace, a flow of posetive energy, keeping your body in a harmonius coexcistence. You feel something is wrong you meditate on what is right.

easy there, big fella. Remember, question_for_jew isn't the one making the shit up. Whoever made it up originally is long dead, so you can't meet him and ask him to prove anything.

First of all, the idea has been passed down for many genenrations, each adding to or subtracting from it to render it most relevant to their specific needs. Secondly, apparently there is substance to the idea, at least subjectively for certain people, because the idea has lasted this long, and indeed is now being disseminated by white kids on the internet. That's natural selection for ya.

the substance of imagination might just be electrical energy in a standing wave formation.

the investigation of that is important, this argument is not choking or dead yet. Perhaps it is more a matter of what will it be used for.
