I was wonding what some opinions were on strains that seem to have the greatest amount of potency. I know a cube is a cube but there has to be some differences.

just within cube's or other species too? cus cyan and trops are more potent than cubes

PESA is said to have the most potency of all cubes, but the difference is miniscule.

It seems like the question you should be asking is which growing method and substrate recipe produces the most potent cubensis.

Yes, it is. I would say poo produces the highest potency. Wouldn't you?

I have no experience in working with other growing mediums besides BRF so I cannot comment from personal experience, however, the anecdotal evidence of others seems to point at poop. Compost seems to be one of the better growing mediums out there. Again...no personal experience on the matter.

Yeah, I haven't used anything except brf, either. I am basing my knowledge on what others have said.

I always get good potency from poo and birdseed and i use straw to get the size.

Besides looking through the FAQs and searching on potency will give you allot of reading material and anecdotal evidence on potency.

I don't think that you would notice a large difference from strain to strain and any experiments that have been done seem to be inconclusive. The greatest possible difference in effect of cubensis is likely placebo, but I will be doing my own unscientific ingestions and I would be happy to share the results with you when they become available. However, any results would be awfully subjective, and wouldn't prove anything one way or the other.

This is only my 3rd (maybe 4th) post, but I've been sittin back for about a month just searchin and readin about all things shroomy  Seems to me(per searched posts) that PRs are a pretty strong strain, as well as seeming a little forgiving for the novice like me... I ordered these yesterday, as well as some classic GTs... People on here don't lie, the search function is a shroomy dream come true

They all have about the same. But using poo will make them all more potent.

First of all it varies from person to person, regardless of what the census says. If you're talking about P.cubes, then like I said, it varies a lot. A foaf get great visuals off GT's whereas All I ever get is a nice bod. trip.
But if you're talking about overall, then Pan Cyans Own, those and pan. trops.

Hey god,(lol), poo doesn't make them produce more pysiloben, it just has more nutes, meaning lots and lots of mushies compared to WBS, it does seem rather logical that they'd be more potent, but i've had several occasions where i've had the same strain from poo and from wbs, nothing varied except for quanity. More nutes=more mushies and poo is Full of em. But that's just from my exp. an my .o2

Im not a pro yet lol but i just always noticed that when i do them on poo they seem stronger i may be wrong
