Is there a banning offense sentence chart?

You know if you call someone an offensive name like "faggot ass turdburglar" in a non flaming forum, should users know what their consequences will be?

Like "faggot ass turdburglar"=3 day banning
Calling a mod or admin a useless piece of shit=5 day banning
etc etc...

I mean instead of leaving it up to one mod/admins own discretion maybe their should be a set sentence. Repeat offenders get longer sentences and are required to drop the soap.

Ya, I'd appreciate it if we could know what kind of general attitudes(which they can apparently intuit from a body of posts in which no single post reflects it) will warrant a 15-day banning.

No, there isn't.
