azure chip storage

I successfully innoculated and colonized some fifty filter patch bags with wood chips (5 lbs. per I guess) over the winter. I expanded this base outdoors with additional chip substrate into a dozen nice patches. So far all seems healthy and happy. I await the autumn. My problem and question---it's summer, it's hot, I still have a dozen bags of chips cluttering my spawn room. My experience has primarily been with tropical species. How might I store my azure chips over the summer? The refrig. at 45 degrees? Room temp.? Overwinter them outdoors? Thanks

Either make a few more beds with pure spawn, or store in the refrigerator at 4?C.
