what does it mean when 1 in 5 shrooms is mutated? pics

I have had about 5 "eared" shrooms so far on 3 cakes. compleatly healthy otherwise. Is this a common occourance?

The first "eared" bugger.

Disinfectant of all kinds can cause those sorts of mutations. Ozium, lysol, even excessive H202. But some just happen naturally. They'll be fine.
