Do diferant areas of the mushroom have differnt amounts of psilocsin content? IE: cap vs. stem

If I eat 3.2 grams of cub's I get a good trip. If The 3.2 grams of cub's is all caps or mostly caps I get higher than normal. Thats just me though.

There is an equal amount of psilocine/psilocybine in the cap as there is in the stem.

However, each collection or dosage of shrooms can have a different chemical content that the other.

And each species has differnet potency levels depending on their fruitings and flushings.

For instance, baby P. cyanescens are the most potent of all the mushrooms. One collection yielded close to 8 doses in a single dried gram.

P. cubensis is the weakest of the mushrooms at a dosage level of from 3 to 5 gams dried per dose that would be from 20 to 30 milligrams of the actual chemical or from 1 fresh ounce or more. Tha t could be one large fresh mushroom or as many as from three to 50 very small mushrooms.
