If I upload a picture, it will not let me make that picture my avitar until I return to my main picture index... and I lost my cool blue color scheme just by changing my settings. I miss cool blue.

What I don't like so far:  :thumbdown:
1. Unread threads appear in bold, but I like the old Highlight mode better.

What I like so far:  :thumbup:
1. The board seems faster.
2. The graphics are cleaner.
3. The new gremlins pannel is cool.
4. OK, the new gremlins are starting to grow on me.
5. The Green Day color scheme is still available and it's still the best, IMO.
6. The new adrug bong is still there. :bong2:
7. Oooh, the new spell checker is slick as snot!
8. New Quick Reply!  :thumbup:
9. The games are cool! :thumbup:
10. Restriction on signature image size.  Hallelujah! :thumbup:

Wish List:    :blah:
1. I wish there was a way to configure my default maximum posts per page to 'unlimited'.  I'm always hitting the "Show All" link when I get shorted.
2. An SQL-like interface to the Search Feature.

After getting used to it, I've come to accept the new look for the most part(though I still think the folder icons are geh). But the things I still have issue with are as follows:

- Non-clickable avatars
- No Spell Check
- Fewer good choices in Color Scheme
- Can't appear as grey(though I realize some members consider this a plus)

Indeed... actually it was going to cached search results, so it would show your last search regardless of what it was.

This should be fixed now, please let me know if you notice any other problems.

There appears to be a limit on the number of threads shown in a search.....is this new, or has it always been there?

I seem to recall moer than 5 pages of searched threads before.... :confused:

There's a limit of 200 search results (8 pages) but I believe this has always been in effect.

No, this is not currently possible. Is it something that you think would be used? It could probably be added (relatively) easily.

If it were relatively easy to add I think it would be a cool feature, although I'm not sure how many users other than myself would use it.

I enjoyed clicking the "jump to first unread post" button for the duration of time yesterday after the upgrade, before it would automatically jump to the first unread post. It seemed to make the threads appear to be more organized in my eyes. Sometimes (It must be my browser or something ...) the automatic jump feature gets kinda buggy for me.

it now uses 'next' instead of 'previous' to get you back to base and catch up ..... but this doesn't always work. spotted a bug using next in GLP forum. also this means you end up reading the stickies even if nothing new in them.

also 'jump to first unread' was missing in a couple of threads in there - is this because they were created pre 6.5? this may have been the same thread as above.

oh, and in the http://www.shroomery.org/ homepage, your pic-of-the-month thing needs a monthly update ... the pic shown is by 123dhs.... myndreach also was entered but came second .... the current pic-of-the-month is ekstaza's wild copes, here:

I added an toggle for 'automatically jump to last post' to the bottom of the display preferences.
