Vendor complaint forum

My suggestion would be we establish a vendor complaint forum. That way there would be no bantering on any of the other pages, and customers could log complaints and vendors could answer the complaint or clarify. I think that would be helpful to both consumer and vendor due to the fact a vendor woulnt have to look all over the boards here to get customer feedback.

They already have this.....its called the Vendor forum.

It is supposed to be for vendor spam as well as complaints.
New policies look like complaints might get you banned though.
So, it may just be a spam only forum.
