Hope you stumble across a new juicy one to enjoy!

I understand people distancing themselves from bands- or visual artists, authors, I dare say some outspoken & edgy ceramist exists out there lol- etc etc who have questionable or controversial associations. And I embrace others right to be as affected as they are.
But I stick with my gut and as much as I would hate to start some dialogue about the ethics of my stance, I try not to "throw the baby out with the bathwater" when it comes to art I have a genuine reaction to, that so happens to be brought by problematic characters.

Hope that came across properly.

So far so S I C K on Mirrorthrone, that's sounding great!

Hey Lithop, yeah I just joke about it because I'm too technologically impaired to get to the level where I can say something smug about it. Seeing you guys fire off volleys of total gibberish that somehow translates to people speak for others...

I love feeling completely nerded out in what is basically a nerd breeding farm.

Anyway the kids are at their mom's and I don't have to work. So today is a day to clean the house, take a long crap with the door open and give the subwoofers some exercise. Smoke some quality herb, depending on what the wife's plans are, I might eat some fresh cyans this afternoon. How are your cyans doing this season?

Oh snappp he choozling it all at once

Haha, I getya.

Sounds a chill day mate, good to get the house in order- especially if eating some fresh cyans is on the cards

Enjoy.

My cyans haven't popped this season, but the new bed is lookin healthy. here's hoping next year!

Dare I ask what audio carnage you're gonna be working the subwoofers with?

I totally dig this vibe

Confession: I enrolled in a college to study coding and AI, my abilities are limited when it comes to actually putting finger to keys to make code...I mainly enrolled to structure my mind with the logic of how computers "think"

Long story short I ended up dropping out bc I couldnt keep up with the courseload with my 2 jobs at the time. Plus I was relying on AI too much for me to even consider it learning at that point

Im interested in starting a vibe coding thread, do yall think thats appropriate in MC or should it be somewhere else? Mainly I want us to pool all our ideas together to help each other with our myc organizing software. It can be like a hub for MC software

Why vibe coding?  Shit, I will fuckin start some "Teach Me The Ancient Ways" threads somewheres, if ya want.  I've got over 25 years experience w/ this shit and am a straight-up degreed professional.  I will, if there is desire, craft a no-AI dojo to learn ya some Pythons real good.

It really is a LOT easier'n people think.  After all, I did it in bleedin middle school.

All in favor of DWH teaching us the ancient ways say aye!

You absolutely should start a journal entry and link it in your sig, I know I for one would absolutely eat that up

I don’t want AI to take over and as easy as it would be to just let it do mad shit for me I’m pretty sure it’d make me one of those people from wall-e… I feel the tug, my laziness knows no bounds I gotta keep it in check

Also, good morning everyone!!

I dropped my partner off at the airport yesterday, she’s gonna be gone visiting family for a week so I’m lonely af but gonna get a ton of cult done hopefully, and be hanging out more 👹

What’s everyone up to today??
