I always stick a python in the G4, couple of lasers on the .herb, take javascript out to the forest on false presumtions, one pull on the cord and directly off the choke, and feed the thing a couple 1s and 0s

:crankey: what on the devil's green earth is everyone talking about :crankey: Like I tried to make sense of it, but you seem to be making it up as you go. Might as well be a recipe for apple pie that was ran through so many sucky oldschool translation machines, that it came out as a comic book about a puppy named Fred, three superheroes and a zucchini porn actor.

Hope you stumble across a new juicy one to enjoy!

I understand people distancing themselves from bands- or visual artists, authors, I dare say some outspoken & edgy ceramist exists out there lol- etc etc who have questionable or controversial associations. And I embrace others right to be as affected as they are.
But I stick with my gut and as much as I would hate to start some dialogue about the ethics of my stance, I try not to "throw the baby out with the bathwater" when it comes to art I have a genuine reaction to, that so happens to be brought by problematic characters.

Hope that came across properly.

So far so S I C K on Mirrorthrone, that's sounding great!

I totally dig this vibe

Confession: I enrolled in a college to study coding and AI, my abilities are limited when it comes to actually putting finger to keys to make code...I mainly enrolled to structure my mind with the logic of how computers "think"

Long story short I ended up dropping out bc I couldnt keep up with the courseload with my 2 jobs at the time. Plus I was relying on AI too much for me to even consider it learning at that point

Im interested in starting a vibe coding thread, do yall think thats appropriate in MC or should it be somewhere else? Mainly I want us to pool all our ideas together to help each other with our myc organizing software. It can be like a hub for MC software

@Churpee, as per :pm: that made me laugh aloud this morning. And your signature with "yes, its a link" has extra spice now haha.
:canthelpbutlaugh:
When it comes to computers, I've never written code and strongly dislike, nay HATE actually working with computers.
I try to keep enough tech literacy about me to do what I want creatively and troll effectively.

As for your thread @langten, why not put it in science and tech subforum?
Failing that, your journal and linked in your sig, but I don't reckon it'd be allowed in mush cult if it's not directly cultivation. Even this thread was once brought into question as suitably cultivation based.

Hey Lithop, yeah I just joke about it because I'm too technologically impaired to get to the level where I can say something smug about it. Seeing you guys fire off volleys of total gibberish that somehow translates to people speak for others...

I love feeling completely nerded out in what is basically a nerd breeding farm.

Anyway the kids are at their mom's and I don't have to work. So today is a day to clean the house, take a long crap with the door open and give the subwoofers some exercise. Smoke some quality herb, depending on what the wife's plans are, I might eat some fresh cyans this afternoon. How are your cyans doing this season?

Sounds a chill day mate, good to get the house in order- especially if eating some fresh cyans is on the cards
:trippinbawelz:
Enjoy.

My cyans haven't popped this season, but the new bed is lookin healthy. here's hoping next year!

Dare I ask what audio carnage you're gonna be working the subwoofers with?

Why vibe coding?  Shit, I will fuckin start some "Teach Me The Ancient Ways" threads somewheres, if ya want.  I've got over 25 years experience w/ this shit and am a straight-up degreed professional.  I will, if there is desire, craft a no-AI dojo to learn ya some Pythons real good.

It really is a LOT easier'n people think.  After all, I did it in bleedin middle school.

You could post one in the pub if you want too, not sure how well recieved it will be.

I mean, we got the Sci+Tech subforum, figure that'd be the most appropriate place.  That's where I'd do it, at least.

Sure just send an invite to everyone you want to invite. those dusty places dont get much action.  Back in the day, the site had so much traffic they needed a billion threads to keep everyone in a lane.  These days, meh.. confessional pretty much holds most of us but the coding thing does kinda go over a lot of people's heads including mine.

All in favor of DWH teaching us the ancient ways say aye!

:justcantwait:

You absolutely should start a journal entry and link it in your sig, I know I for one would absolutely eat that up :yesnod:

I donโ€™t want AI to take over and as easy as it would be to just let it do mad shit for me Iโ€™m pretty sure itโ€™d make me one of those people from wall-eโ€ฆ I feel the tug, my laziness knows no bounds I gotta keep it in check

Also, good morning everyone!!

I dropped my partner off at the airport yesterday, sheโ€™s gonna be gone visiting family for a week so Iโ€™m lonely af but gonna get a ton of cult done hopefully, and be hanging out more ๐Ÿ‘น

Whatโ€™s everyone up to today??
