aw man, im sorry. that's hard. its hard to imagine feeling so bad you want to do that, it's a valid reason to feel grateful you're alive and although it seems counterintuitive graittude can help. im just letting you know, loving yourself, feeling ok and allowing yourself to feel the way youre gonna feel is important. you spend that much time with somebody and alot of stuff is psychologically tied to that in many ways and losing a loved one is always really hard. but feeling grateful for your own life and loving your brother and his memory and celebrating those good moments will help, and they're not mutually exclusive either.

for myself, i've been harm reducing with coffee lately and although i get really wired it takes away some of the pain. dont self-destruct. pick a medium vice and cope as best you can and move on. its the only thing you can do.
