Harvest the mushrooms and bury the substrate outside and give it its own patch so that it can potentially keep giving you mushrooms

Your mushrooms in general don't look very happy imo.

My guess is that your spawn was not clean.

Is this just coir/verm or have you used anything else in your substrate?

IMO it's too late in the year , dig your hole but expect nothing, its great soil next year at best ...for now work on what went wrong
