Are the mushrooms in here still okay? And why did this happen so late in the game?

Harvest the mushrooms and bury the substrate outside and give it its own patch so that it can potentially keep giving you mushrooms

You need to tell your process.
Inoculated with what?
From agar or syringe?
PC time on point?

:whathesaid:

more information is needed to decipher where this is coming from.

Your mushrooms in general don't look very happy imo.

My guess is that your spawn was not clean.

Is this just coir/verm or have you used anything else in your substrate?
