It's rough guys. I'm sweating constantly. My blood pressure swings high/low wildly. Anger on a hair trigger, and when it's not, Anxiety is at a 10. Oh, and boredom is painful again.

It's my fault for smoking so much concentrate, but damn is it hard.

I'm gonna try to get myself some treatment for ADHD and see if I can stay off it this time.

I hope that works out for you, bro. If I replaced weed with Vyvance or amphetamines I would surely abuse it too, but with far worse consequences! I am an ex poly addict though, many people have better self control than I do.

Look, what I'm saying is similar to turning your phone into a Steam Deck. Either way, you can always cast the screen to a TV and connect a Bluetooth keyboard.

I usually go through phases — I stop playing, months go by — until one afternoon I get hooked and bam — I'm completely lost in it until I've had my fill.

But it's great that you've gotten over it. I had an experience with a 'very social' online game and realized it was actually a hook empty of any real content. That's when I promised myself I'd never get dragged into that kind of mess again. For about three years now, I haven't even had any social media. I don't watch YT, I don't follow profiles or channels, I don't watch TV, I don't even read the news. I'm trying to deprogram my thoughts.

I like chess, too. :ohwell:

As for the second half of your post, we are very very similar. I have also rejected the programming. When I am able, I intend to reject modern western society.

I'm a pc gamer primarily, but until I can fix my laptop (have all the parts but not the executive function), I'll be gaming on my steam deck. I have found in the past year since getting into mush cult that my time spent gaming has gone from an average of 20+ hours/week to maybe an hour every other week. Used to have a hardcore gaming addiction and now it's just gone.

Haha, stop fueling my curiosity. I get super nerdy about this stuff.

Modern Western society is imploding from within. I actually wanted to become stateless, but it's not that easy. I'd have to get citizenship in one of the few countries where it's possible to renounce it, and even then, the president has to sign off on the rejection (while I still hold the other one). Way too much hassle, but maybe one day I'll get bold enough to try it.

Damn, I love so many things, I'd dedicate myself to so many projects — and as the years go by, I'm realizing a day only has 36 hours.

Alright, I'm gonna go make some cakes — I'm running three days late. :smile2:

Hugs

Cooked professionally for 13 years before escaping, and yeah fuck measuring anything except sausage recipes and anything baking related, then you gram that shit out lol. Also measuring for salt content for ferments is pretty important. Chunk up fresh mackerel, guts and all, 20% salt by weight and cryobag it for a year, filter with coffee filters or makeshift buchner and you've got yourself some primo fish sauce 🤌🤌

I'm off work today. Fucked up my back. I think I'll hit that local Indian joint later. Their kindness is off the charts! The words they use to greet and thank are exceptional! I can't explain it.

Someone asked a couple weeks ago what I've taken from my recent trips. It's been floating in my mind, I just now thought to respond. Sorry for the delay!

The main thing is to live and be as myself. Also, let people know I appreciated them more.

Back to my back thing, I'm doing an experiment in pain management. I notice how lucy and mush relax me. They even sooth physical pain. I decided to take a tiny bit of lucy today to see if it helps my pain. I'm having trouble standing up straight or walking. I hope it helps! Either way, it'll help my mood at least.

Man, my brain's fucked.  I read "reject the programming" and was all "wait, why'd someone purposefully eschew making their own software?" for a second.  Then again, software's what I went to uni for and I've been doin' it in some form since, like, 6th grade.  At this point, that shit's just baked into my brain, lol.  At least it ain't half the other useless bullshit that's somehow gotten lodged in there, takin' up space that something more useful and/or interesting like applied calculus could occupy.

Sup, disreputables? I've been farting a lot lately on account of eating lots of greens these days. Real good loud ones, not always smelly but they have a good warm heaviness when it does wisp by my nose.

I don't like other people's farts, not the smell for sure. Mine, however. Mine are always enjoyable.

hidingbush has been beating the stank off his booty bush.

My farts sound like a bullfrog lately. I figure on account of the Indian food from the local curry spot. I always get a tickle when I scare the cat with a boisterous fart. Made one of my cats pop a wheelie when I surprised it with a toilet megaphone fart earlier. It hurts to laugh but the pain is well worth the effort!

I'm taking note that Beef digs a beefy fart joke.

My favorite Mongolian grill had a curry powder i added at the end and unfortunately it's not there anymore, and a guy I met said powder curry isn't the real deal you have to pour it on. I would love to eat some good Indian food.

Here to bear my soul.

Forgive me Ythan, for I have sinned.

14 years ago I inoculated a wild print MS open air to whole brown rice, never even considering agar. And got my first ever canopy in a "mini mono".... Within the confines of a cracked SGFC have full of perlite...

The devil tempted me, and I learned from the wickedness.

For I took my first ever canopy flush and....

And.....

Put it in the oven on low.

Everything turned black and lost like 90% magic.

Then, as an added curse, when I dunked for my second flush, surely a canopy? Nay, spotty luesistic trash, surely witch cursed, turning blue, but that of mold.....

And now my soul is bare and cleansed...
