The NAT jar seems to be stalling a little, I hope not, but I shook it again to see, this time of year is ROUGH.  I don't know if I'll run the tent next Summer, maybe some Pink Oysters or something, but the struggle is real, and I have a 3-disc fogger.  I wiped the trays, hydrated them, and new settings, that's the cool thing, you can clean the slate, and go at it again with pans.  Big fat pins happening, but few and far between, too much air will cause this, I know this from previous attempts and data.  I'll get it where I want, but the 80mm constantly on, killing my surface, no bueno.  Take ER' easy!

Dialing in an automated system sucks sweaty ball sacks, until you get it dialed in! I'm currently playing around with an automated two-tub system for Pans (or smaller top-fruiting species), and it can be a struggle. The problem is that ultrasonics usually produce too much moisture, so IMO you're fogger is way to big for a single martha. At full blast, that fogger could easily handle 4-6 marthas and still have extra left over, if dialed in correctly. I'd suggest a single disc fogger with a controller to dial down how much fog it produces.

I touch on this in my thread about my little two-tub system (see signature link), but the main point is this: With a standard tub, you're trying to get just enough FAE that you don't dry out the subs. In an automated system, you want just enough fog to keep your subs from drying out without oversaturating everything. With the manual way you're fighting evaporation, but with automated systems you're fighting saturation.

An automated tub has excess FAE, and excess moisture. With you're 3-disc fogger pumping out all that fog, I assume you're getting quit a bit of condensation on the subs, shelves, and walls. With my own experience with an automated martha, even my single disc unit caused too much condensation if I let it run too long. Remember, pin set formation requires evaporation from the substrate surface. Which (I assume) is why you initially set up your system to run the fans on 24/7, to compensate for the extra moisture from the fogger. But what you have to keep in mind is that when the fog "falls", the system is pulling in fresh air. The thicker the fog, the more fresh air is pulled in when it settles.

What I found with my 1-disc fogger martha system, and the 12-disc fogger system I used to humidify a 10'x10'x10' fruiting room in the oyster farm I had, is you don't want 95+%RH. 93% works just fine, since you don't actually want the fruits or substrate to pull any moisture out of the air. All the moisture the fruits need should be from the substrate, and your air just needs to be wet enough to slow down the evaporation.

The goal I'm shooting for in my new system is to keep the fog low enough that I don't really see it, but keep it within a pre-set range (90%-96%) to average 93%. I've ordered a second 80mm fan to install on top of the other one, and run it on the "Work2" socket of the humidistat so it purges humidity when it spikes to 96%. Until that fan gets here, I started using a desk fan to blow fresh air in through the lid gaps when it gets to 96%.

Oh, and if you're letting your water go for a week in your fogger tote, think about getting an aquarium uv sterilizer unit to put down in the tank. It'll help keep bacteria and algae from growing in it. And don't let my critique of your fogger system come across as criticism. Your pics definitely show you know what you're doing.
