i havent tried a reasonable amount of shrooms to give an exact reply to this, but from my experiences with acid id say no matter what u wont be dissapointed when u do it...just make sure the dose is enough cuz if u have a boring first trip u probably wont do it again

Acid always seems harder on the body than shrooms. It feels purly mechanical while shrooms have an organic taint. For my the visuals are the same on both but acid is slower. With shrooms I get lots of neon swirls and drips that move kinda quick. On acid I get computer chip shapes and bubbly neon visuals that change slowly . I get jaw clentches bad with both but cid is worse. If you want a really different trip try a bottle of Robotussin with "Dextromethorphan HBr" as the only ingreadient. Its fucking surreal. Read the Warnings.

My personal favorite is shrooms as well.A more natural vibe to it,from my experience my peak lasts longer,better communication skill on shrooms (less clouded mind)And a hella smaller tolerance.Dosing on 'cid can become repetitive and you will probably want to take additional amounts after your first use.Mushies, you know what you need and in most cases that amount will bring you to the desired level.Try 2 doses for a first try seeing as you've tried the fungi ,you should get a feel for it with that.Have fun.

Uhh...how is that possible when crack is exactly the same thing as cocaine, just different physical form and route of ingestion....

i would say its more like: amphetamines to MDMA

acid is much more speedy, much less emotional, yet still gives you a great high, mushrooms are more like mdma in that they seem to be much much more emotionally active....

i agree w/ Uv1-- acid seems more mechanical than do 'shrooms-- i prefer shroms 'cause i cant trip that long and it doesn't seem as spiritual-- shrooms all the way!

L.S.D is an empty room. All the walls are there, all the furniture is there, but nobody is home. It is a social trip, you need other people around, music, a good setting, etc...
Shrooms are the full package, It's a similar room but it ain't empty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i can agree with most of that and for the most part acid IS generally a stronger and lonelier drug--i agree that if u took enough shrooms ud obviously trip harder than acid, but altogether theyre just different trips, its hard to compare them bcuz they ARE so different despite many similarities. on the topic of emotion, ive had plenty of emotion on acid but id have to say most of my emotions were scared or confused during the coming up and going down, but during the peak its all smiles for me...i wouldnt go as far as shrooms are for minors, acid is for ass-kicking, but its just different for all people. i personally enjoy acid more than anything and tho many of you see it this way i dont feel mechanical during acid--it does come from natural substances (ergot) just like shrooms its just a synthesized piece of nature...i just lost my train of thought but ya i love acid and its fun to feel out of control for me--hence the term TRIP. i feel that shroom trips are not long enough, unless u do enough so that time disappears. for me, even on acid 12 hours is not nearly enough, and again unless i do enough to where i lose concept of time, it makes me anxious with every slipping minute. best feeling for me is when i look at the clock, and look back after what FELT like 10 minutes or something and notice it hasnt even been a minute...id say the best "comparison" would be under the Psychedelics FAQ on the site...it pretty much says it all
