so what ur saying is that chemists stated that alchohal isnt as bad as inducing 'illegal' substances, and that alchohals efects are reversable? Keep going i think i know where ur going with this...

just a hunch..based on the fact of isothermal (reversible) vs non-isothermal reactions.. and on the dismal failure of anti-prohibitionism in general...case in point ..the inability of NY state legislators to remand the rockefeller drug laws..after going at for 30 years..indicates that the legislation may be non-isothermal...federal drug laws are directly patterned after the NY rockefeller drug laws...
