Beautiful pics and mushrooms, LetMeD13. I truly love to see the various ways in which we decide to showcase our fruits. Much can be missed at a bird’s eye view. We see them from many perspectives throughout their lives. Intriguing how challenging it can be to show the world what our eyes see.

I spent the morning doing some mushroom photography as well. Last few snaps of Papuana before I pull them. I particularly enjoy these three.

MM absolutely beautiful pics and incredible cultivation!

Pic tax: A sign I put in my Shroom Room to remind me I can get through the tough times.

Faht's TTBVI

And the first ingeli culture to sort of develop in an EZ dial setting (a plin clone plin clone), hopefully these get to go to the next gen. Doesn't seem like much but it might be a step forward

Edited for unclarity.

4th flush from mini mono spawned 3/9 using 2qt spawn and about 4.5qt CVG.

I've always had good results from this tub. Can't believe how many times they flush!! So far I got 95g dried from the first three flushes! I included pics of the other flushes too! Mushrooms were much larger after first flush, though fewer. The grain spawn I used was incredibly dry so assumed it needed to adjust to mositure for later flushes, dunking the cake helped a ton.

Psilocybe hoogshagenii
5 months and almost ready to do something with. Seems to know Spring is in full swing. Maybe it will be aggressive enough to spawn in another month.

Nice, what are your planned next steps with it? I'm curious. I've got a few Ps cyanescens (Wavy Cap) jars going, but don't have much experience outside of PC.

That's a good question.

I was thinking about a bag like this ingeli..

Psilocybe ingeli
But it's probably no where near aggressive enough to handle the restictive FAE. I just found a triched grain in the antioquiensis bag so it's going outside where I can remove it and put the rest in a pot. I do have a cased jar inside looking like it's forming a few primordia though.
As for the hoogshagenii I have some grape wood that's been sitting outside for a year and I'm hoping to chip it today. I'm thinking a mix of that and the dandelion ferment CV+ outside in a pot. Maybe I'll get lucky by Fall. I'll probably save enough spawn to do something similar to what I did with the mescaleroensis or maybe expand to a larger indoor attempt. It'll give me time to fire up the tent and start some other stuff to make it worthwhile.

As for your cyanescens get on over to the Wood lovers thread and you'll find out they're easier than cubensis. You just need lots of time but they pretty much grow themselves.
