Reminds me I have some caps still on foil that wouldn't drop.  They started colonizing the foil condensation.

Colonizing the foil, never seen that before, hah what the heck?

But yeah I've had it happen where sometimes the cap(s) don't drop
any spores at all, yet the gills are darkish. Not sure why, thankfully it
doesn't happen very often *knock on wood*

I think I forgot those caps for four or five days.  Moved them after 12 hours and saw that they weren't dropping prints, so I forgot about them.

Noticed they were trying to colonize the foil yesterday...  Maybe the day before :lol:

Definitely a first for me, most species I print shrivel up very quickly.

fresh harvest of some ochra - got some chunky fellas. big one on the left is 9g wet. accompanied by some smaller, funky chunks. never seen my ochra grow like this before!




and of course some familiar spaghetti from a first flush ochra



been running these in filter patch bags that i usually use for gourmets - gettin the block out and back in for harvest is kinda fussy, think im gonna stick with zips!
