The clones of my first MS growth look good, although I still have some practice on working clean. On the good sign it looks like my Golden Giants (if spawn from clone will also produce big 50g mushrooms, that's how I'm gonna name them), has some contamination resistance as it grows over it, instead of avoiding it.

Mak118 clone acting weird, thought I had myc growing over the caps, but no, she turned albino on me :shrug:
Tub almost a week before harvest, those upper right turned from pigmented to white, you can actually see one mid transformation.
Cloned again and swabbed, will see what happens.

It wasn't a cake. I thought I was buying a LC, but I bought LC medium and spore syringe. Instruction was to inject spore syringe to LC medium. Then I injected it to grains and moved grains to bulk. Most of it was contaminated with trich, but I managed to get my first fruits, that I cloned. They are also my avatar now (with some AI editing :wink:).

OKay, so Im down with mixing and stuff..is it safest to use a plastic bottle or glass?'
I dont want to blow up my kitchen..

How long does it take for agar? lest say 500 ml.

Do I screw the lid down tight or do I just put some foil over the nose of the bottle?
