I'm talking out off my bumhole here, but isn't there supposed to be something between the egg and the coir in the tub? Or it will colonize the whole tub :strokebeard:

:whathesaid: and the egg looks a touch dry imho. Good effort though RG.

Ok, I elevated it and gave it a little glistening party. Thanks for the save, boys!

New time record for me! I made and poured 44 plates in two hours this morning because that is all the time I had. Poured them really fucking hot and slightly thicker than I normally do. Probably could have gotten a dozen more plates had I taken my time and poured a bit thinner. Soon as the PC unlocked itself I was pouring those media bottles 5 mins later. Gonna have some condensation but I had no choice. Not sure how I didn’t burn myself.

Nice, close the arm holes and just leave them in the SAB for how ever many days it takes for the condensation to clear up

Dumb question, but what do y'all use to close the arm holes on a SAB?

Yup! That was my plan! I think I’m gonna get a little extra condensation this time. Bro, these were hot when I poured. I was worried about melting the first dish, but I was ok. I poured thick because I was pouring fast and the SAB steamed up and I couldn’t see through it! :lmafo:

I use thin plexiglass I got from hobby lobby and cut in a square to cover the holes and tiny strong magnets I glued to the box and the plexi to hold it on.

Depends on what you can get, but a lot use magnetic sheets, I can't get that here, so I used plexiglass, sealing strip, screws and wing nuts.

 Been there, done that. Left them for five days or something and only the top one never cleared up. The important part is you did it :awesomenod:

Yeah, but if I didn't have the luxury of never having to move my SAB I'm not sure I would bother. Mostly I just want to be as cool as Stipe :muppet:

Everybody should see his SAB, so that will be my tax

I used to tape a piece of paper over the arm holes, eventually I upgraded and made some covers using magnetic sheets.

Thanks!
Mostly made from stuff I'd had around for years. Turned out really nice, I almost miss it. 😆

That’s sweet!!! I tossed a large fish tank a couple years ago. It was in the way. Wish I didn’t now looking at that! I love the stickers all over the back. Now I know what to do with all the cool stickers I got from people!
