Usually some super new-age hippy type store funded 100% by weed $.  They sell mainly water and water accessories but also crystals and chakra stickers. You can usually score a 1 gallon glass jug for about 20$. Talk about money laundering

Just think grandmas run these things seasonally once or twice a yr and youre using daily. Replace once or twice a year for safety and sterility. Really important overlooked protocal for prestos. Theyre designed for canning (seasonal hobby) not mush cult. If it hisses or steams youre way past when it should have been replaced.

I got a vault for pet food years ago and then I was hooked.
Got like 6 more right away for different dry goods: sugar, rice, beans, etc.
Small ones for 2 gallon buckets sure are cute.
And now the addiction continues with colors…

Because a lot of portable induction hot plates have built in timers. Easy to get one of those if your PC is compatible. More so than cobbling together a PID plus standard hot plates.

Built in timers and temp/watt settings. I just finished a cycle. Have it on 1600w when I start, let it vent 10-15 minutes, get to pressure. Then it's 600w and 2 hours on the timer, walked away.

Made dinner, ate, put some Roscoe exclusively filters(thanks again) on 7 lids and piiiiip sterilization complete :rockon:
