Your perlite is part of the shotgun FC, I assume? Check out water tubs - that seems to be accepted as the better way to fruit cakes and then you dont even have to dick with the perlite.

Is there a way to link to the middle of a post?  Like if I want a table of contents for a thread and already put the first item in the main post?

Haven't tried it tree frog but each post has an ID number that you should be able to link to. If you're talking about text in the middle of a post that I can't think of a way

Example

If you mean linking a paragraph mid post then i dont think so. If you mean like a reply to a post then click the post# above the reply button before copying the url

Yeah in the middle of the post, I didn't think things through when I started the thread.  I can move the first item into another post if I need to.  Leave the OP as an introduction, template, and table of contents.

The HHG does it.  Which is what I thought.  I'll have to look at the code.

Edit
Okay it is the anchor function I just didn't know how to use it

I have some purchased black p00p sub and I’m trying to figure out whether to use it or not and what to use it on.

I have APE just about ready in bags. I have TW and Pan I will need to start.

This will only be my third grow with one full fail and one that limped better than I expected. Ive finally found a good balance on my tubs with a small crack on the top verified by a good hair hygro.

Should I use coir only in the ape? Use the p00p on the pan? Line an outdoor spot with the p00p and say good riddance?

Save the poop for pans.  You can mix it 50/50 with coir if you want to improve the texture, and add extra moisture.

You'll likely have much more success if you pasteurize it at 140f for an hour or two.

I want to make my agar as clear as possible for photographing plates. Would a pre-boil followed by a coffee filter prior to the PC be beneficial?
Or not?
Any other tips?

I've never done any of that and get clear plates. I use the recipe found in my signature.
