I don’t think so. You can see the pattern from the corrugated board continues through that logo. The color of the sticker is exactly the same as the rest of poster, which as someone who worked in the printing industry, is extremely difficult to do if the material you are printing on is different. But the main reason I don’t think that is a sticker is the specks of blue ink in the white areas are consistent throughout the poster. I think the line is just a scratch

Even more, the pixelization of the edges is completely different with far more bright white pixels than on anywhere else on the sign, most likely caused by light reflecting off the edge differently since its a micro of an inch thicker than the rest of the sign.
