It's from a kit (acquired before knowing about shroomery).  I was dumb...trying to become enlightened here.

So far it looks like myc but get a confirmation from a trusted cultivator.

It’s not dumb to have to wade through a sea of misinformation after starting from zero.  You’re asking questions, seeking help, and actively trying to learn.  That doesn’t sound stupid to me.

Thanks - I appreciate that. I guess it’s more me feeling dumb for not seeking out more info before getting started. But yes, definitely a good learning experience.

Me again, getting increasingly paranoid as my jars get closer to complete. Found these little spots on a jar that's about 90%. Sporophores? Is it gonna be toast? Should I separate it and do a 1:1 bulk and pray to the machine Elves it fruits okay? Pic kinda sucks cause I had to zoom in a lot to get them visible

I was afraid they might be. I had a habit of wearing shorts. Those will go from now on.

Time for some real noobie shit though. If I take the jar outside and scoop that out with a spoon then mix the rest with a qt of coir and leave it in my garage, what do you think the chances of getting fruit from it are?

And I'm a big boy who only cried for about 7 minutes after I found out It was toast. It helps that I've got like 15 agar trays 3 bottles inoculated and another grain jar. But still only 7 minutes

Just bury it in the yard, in a shallow grave, in a shady spot
