just go to the grocery store and by whole brown rice and grind it in a blender. follow the P.F. tek and you will be successful. if you are using a spore print you will need a syringe. you can buy then at any farm supply store.

I can't help but laugh at these kids who try to pass them selves off as 'spore vendors' or worse yet, 'mycologists'. They can't even spell a mushroom name!
