I shit you not. Was just at the hospital for another family member and they had to wait 10 1/2 hours to get seen in the ER.

Do you know how many people are going to die because of a 10 hour ER wait?

What's changed in the past year and a half, a 1 hour wait max is now a 10 hour wait? Why is that?

The spike protein doesn’t kill a cell on its own. Once the body recognizes it as a foreign substance it will attack the spike protein and if it’s attached to a cell that cell will be destroyed. That’s just normal adaptive immune system behavior and it’s much less destructive than the innate immune response to infection that is what kills people. When you don’t have antibodies to launch a targeted attack on infection the body’s response is a lot more scorched earth. It throws cytokines and other nonspecific immune cells into the general area of an infection and that is much more destructive.
