What really has me impressed is the second flushes. Usually I see a pretty poor return on the second flushes from a per quart of spawn used picture, it rarely brings the total much higher than 650 wet and that's only if it doesn't trich out. But so far all the 1:4 and lower tubs have done justice to the second flush and none have triched. In fact the only tub to have seen trich before the second was one of the early 1:3 66 quart monos. Pretty decent. Loving the 1:5 66 quart mono, a monster cluster and more pins setting up. Yield per quart will be off the hook.

From a spawn efficiency standpoint this has been a smashing success. While maybe not suited to people who can produce spawn easily, this might represent a good way for noobs to really see their first efforts maximized. If you have the fruiting space and time for multiple flushes, a lower ratio seems to hold a lot more benefits that I personally would have given credit for.
