I never get gnats unless i have mold (w cubes). Oysters and LM, totally different story

How are they looking? ATL #7




5/19 is oats hydrated in a coffee/water mix

6/25 is just hydrated oats

Spawn a different 4 qt jars and got 30g wet of stones. Is that decent?

9/12 Galindoi update



They're doing pretty well :smile:
But damn, they're so tiny-- it seems (right now) like it would take 300 of these to make a dry gram, hehe. The stems look like they're maybe a millimeter in thickness on the bigger ones there...

You got some stones and well done. 

I was happy to get anything at the beginning but now im all about working how to get the most possible from 1 quart.

Record so far 280....

So I put the 105qt in a closet with a very powerful grow light to get an effect that is almost sunlike on a partly cloudy day to see the effect on atl7. See how big the caps can get before I fry them. I mist once a day and the surface never drys all the way out so I don’t think I’ll have any problems there and natalensis is growing perfectly next to it without frying the fruits so that won’t be a problem.

Yeah it takes a lot typically, unless you maximize the worm effect

All using that same isolate ive had lots of shoeboxes put out 14g in a flush. I think the one in my sig was around 24g. The long wormy monotub got 77g tho out of 3 flushes

Many single fruits were over 10g, some dried to 1.3g

But thats a special culture (i think your spores came from it :smile: )

With a typical culture of galindoi though im lucky to get 3 good doses out of a flush

This tub is in a tote with a gray lid but I have a desk lamp shining in through the side.

Thanks aka...my three tubs have netted just under 2oz in the month+ they have been fruiting.

Lol yeah its confusing af. It is technically tampanesis. But in my experience, the gal variety look and behavr a bit different.  Typically bigger better caps w lower yields and harder to fruit. Better stone production. Thats just my experience tho

Potency is tricky. Hard to quantify with mushrooms. Annecdotally they seemed stronger, but that makes no sense to me besides growing slow af

Lol yeah potency was the first thing I asked about too.

It’s weird that atl and tamp are so different. I definitely got way more stones from Atl and the caps are so much bigger it’s easy to ID visually. But I don’t think anybody put time into breeding the different lines.


I spawned another tub of that clone a few days ago and cased at spawn for the first time instead of near full colonization. Two days in it had myc visible already so that’s a good sign for speed. I’m pretty excited to see how it does this time since I screwed it up multiple times before and still got a decent grow.

Yeah they just kinda stain dark not really blue.

These a-strain spores are giving me all sorts of trouble. The chicon nindo and huautla spores booted right up but I’ve tried high nute and different nutes. Any suggestions. I suppose I could try hydration but you would think agar would do that fine.
