Ground up some Albino PE and ended up with blue powder. Stored side by side with some very potent Colombians for color contrast

haven't seen this alive in awhile. making transfers tonight would take pics but my plates are so scuffed up I can't get a decent pic. maybe after I pour I can get a dish with decent visibility.
  as I say that the last post was 4-12 days ago lol just haven't seen it in the main threads.

Why did we let this thread die? I hope everyone is having a safe Sunday morning.

I'm about to dust off the SAB and put some tamp spores on agar. It's been about three years since I messed with stones. Lately I've been contemplating doing some gourmet stuff because I'm bored with cubes, might bust out an old pearl oyster lc syringe if it's still in the fridge.

I quit working at night and have tried to limit work to a typical 9-5 m-f... harvest exempt of course... usually end up working the garden in the evenings and still working sat and sun for now... one of these days

Getting some agar hot and sterilizing a syringe going to do a couple biopsies for some lc I'm working on. I pretty much only work at night, I am a vampire most of the time lol.

Love this thread! I do like 80 percent of my Mycology work under the moon.

Right now, pasturizing Casing material, Cleaning tubs prepping for tomorows work.

Some more tamp spores to agar tonight, no luck yet with germination on the plates I did most recently. I will also be trying out nasty old PE and ATL7 syringes, as well as a pearl oyster LC syringe that is like 3 years old.

I swabbed a super fresh ATL7 print a week ago and am doing transfers tonight. The myc for stone producers always makes me second guess whether or not I'm selecting clean mycelium. It looks weird af compared to cube myc.

All my other plates have yet to germinate, shit's wack.

Up finishing taking more Rustywhyte prints and inspecting my first Golden Halo test box for a spore drop before attempting to harvest and either I'm going to have the lightest gold goddamn prints on earth (zero sign of any drop so far and these are really flattering quickly) or my first sterile grow in 20 years is going to be the one variety I was super psyched about having aesthetically pleasing spores from :tryingnottodie:  Well... I guess if I wait until morning and we're not dropping, I'll have to swab several caps to reach a conclusion.  So far I've gotten every single trait from every pheno noted in the GH threads from HEAVY overlay (fruits busting through its connection to the walls of the box like a curtain) to the little poof of myc on the pronounced umbos.  So pretty but man is this spore drop a nail biter.  I'll either have something good to report in the AM or something aggravatingly good to report...  Will post pics.  On another note, dropped my first clean/decent plate of pans to grain earlier.  Too tired to streak more agar but need to for insurance.  You guys really get me motivated with your midnight mycology ambition.:rockon:
