I would suggest the US is much less conservative today just based on my own 48 years of experience.

It's a different world today, they didn't have food stamps, welfare, public housing and Medicaid. The economic environment is significantly different for sure, I hate to put a left or right label on it.

So you're suggesting the US government was much more to the left because it was gifting land to their citizens?  That's better than being loaded up with debt from "buying" land/house today.

Lol I definitely wouldn't say it was easier they just made it look easy because taking responsibility for your own survival is a natural human instinct. back then every man knew and taught his kids how to start a fire, read a compass, track,hunt and butcher an animal, plant a garden and build a shelter. along with the idea that if you want something you work for it.that instinct and the value of self reliance is vanishing in families that get stuck in a cycle of dependence because of a failed welfare system that orignally was designed to pull you out of a rut now becomes a life time of govt reliance by design.

Bellingcat appears, among other things, to be anti-Syria/anti-Russia. I don't know enough about them to judge, but that wiki article seems to indicate their journalistic research methods are rigorous.


Jimmy was definitely right to question whether the chemical attacks came from Assad.  I've written threads about this, how it would have been idiotic for Assad to use chemicals when Syria was winning the war after he had been warned not to use them, how doctors reported that victims of the latest 'chemical attacks' had only been treated for smoke inhalation, how the US bombed areas hit by the chemical attacks before an investigation could be done, etc.

Bellingcat is also a questionable source, as they are partially funded by the CIA and NATO, and support pro US Government positions.  Even Robert Parry and Craig Murray question their conclusions.


With that said, I'll agree with the Ecstatic's point that took so long to get out of him about Lava Jato; so that's one ding against Jimmy out of many years of doing the show (though a lot of people missed that one at the time it was happening).

I am in a minority on the shroomery, as I frequently defend the opposing side when they have a point about something or when my side make believes something about them.  I also attack my side if I think they're wrong.  People here get very confused by that and think it means I prefer the other side.
