Unknown blue mushroom

Habitat:
Where does it grow? Found this by itself under a fern next to a gumtree.

Gills:
Gills appear to be browny purple

Stem:
The stem clumped at the base but looked to be hollow

Cap:
13mm in diameter, golden tip and rest of cap is blue

Spore print color:
It didn't leave a spore print, maybe I didn't do it properly or the mushroom hasn't opened up enough.

Bruising:
Not sure

Other information:
Scent of the mushroom, anything else you think is important, large close-up pictures showing stem, cap and gills.

I think it is an under developed Cortinarius with a strange stem. Not active. V good I'd request :super:
