Have currently preserved about 57.5 dried grams Psilocybe Weraroa. I've never tried any other species though. Only ever had luck finding these since they grow in my backyard/forest. Anyone else find plenty of weraroa?

I find it amusing that the "nether lands" (from Dutch Nederland, literally "lower land"); echos inference to how this region is colloquially referred to as "down under".

Is that coincidence, or intentional?

tisk tisk... I dont know... This seasons just WACK. Although the shrooms are very potent..

Picked out the strugglers with xthrx while the sun be drying up the patches... New pins forming, just need that moisture to build back up and we should see some more flushes. Other than that, shits pretty dire this season, even people in USA are mentioning how crap their season has been.

I visited this likely spot for the third time yesterday and bingo! They were all dried up but good to find another patch that is not likely to be known to others  :hehehe:

I just had a hunt myself, could not find anything and i found some looking VERY similar to what you guys have been finding, but they all seem inactive, no blue or the stalks are brown instead.

Today I looked at the pot in my backyard that has had stubs and other related matter thrown into it over this season, and found these 2 subs growing

Indeed, it is unseasonably dry this year. for Which I am comfortable to perceive in a positive and grateful manner. I have often wondered if the fruiting bodies that have dried naturally in-situ - without bruising or blueing, will have better preserved- ergo more percentage of dry weight those delicate triptamines?

Interested to find out if that is in fact the case, but my hunch is that it would be so negligible as to not be worth the effort to find out. Anybody else ruminated on this aspect much before?

I find that naturally dried actives do indeed seem more potent and promote a more natural feeling trip. Whenever I find goldtops that have naturally dried to become metallic gold, I know I'm in for a good trip. However, this could all be inside my head. Who knows.

Went out to check on the seven or so patches of pins I had hidden under gorse and grass but they had all been cleaned out. As a last resort I checked on two small patches on a roundabout which were still there. A passing motorist heckled me with "mushies" as he drove by.

Despite being so ridiculously dry all of June, I still managed to find this dry little fella in a rather public spot. I think a lot of people have given up picking here now, thinking the season is over.



Hopefully we get some more rain this month and things kick off again....
