Help me identify, psilocybe?

Hello friends, i stumbled upon something today and i need help identifying.
If im not mistaken these are psilocybes, correct me if im wrong.

Habitat: Found under cherry trees that are going dry(dying) but not yet completely dead, under the tree just next to the trunk

Location: Europe(Mediterranean)

Gills and stems: gills are as you see different ones, stems are hollow, like straws

Spore print: havent done one, but found some that are far beyond and they release the dark black spores, i picked them, realised it wasnt smart probably, then put them into water and spilled it back around the place i found em

Scent: mushroomish kind of, hard to describe

Not sure aboput the bruises, its not really dark im gonna check tomorow
I want to ask you:
1. are they psilocybe
2. if yes how long can they survive in the sun, and how should i keep them potent
3. there are 3 differnet species on the pics, are they edibles?
4.tell me what you think :smile:

not Psilocybe. Looks like Psathyrella and Coprinellus micaceus

It is unlikely that you will find any species of Psilocybe growing in the Mediterranean areas at this time of year.
Your best bet for finding hallucinogenic species now, is to look in horse farms for Panaeolus cinctulus.
