I put 10, because I recognize my faults, and my problems.

I accept and love myself for who I am .

I accept my suffering, and do not "poke the wound" thus injuring myself needlessly twice over.


Some days I feel like a zero. But it's a state of mind thing.

That pretty much sums it up for me.  I wouldn’t change places with anyone but there are most certainly times when I wish I could get away from myself or force a change of some sort that not practical within an over night timeline...

All things considered, I’ve gotten my head (or we have, praise Jesus) over a major hurdle that is one of the more significant ones we’ll face on this earth so I’m content.  Just gotta keep polishing those edges man... too far to turn back now and who the fuck would even want to if you could...:thumbup:

I put a 4, it's a process learning to give up on the old scars and letting that monkey on your back continue shitting while telling you to shine. 

The majority of it comes from stress of engaging in activities I don't believe in for compensation to continue living. 

It's always easy to play the grass is greener game or compare your insides to other people's outsides.

Comparisons, yeah..

I gradually started looking at my body like a skateboard, or bike, or pair of chucks etc.  A tool to get good with, it’s mine and it’s good.  It’s about to get ripped off all of us anyways so do what you can.

For real when I get into those lower realms I try to remember those few moments you get when your brain is soaring on shrooms or cid/cacti whatever your pleasure and everything gets clear and aligned.  The goal is to mimic the process I use for lucid dreaming and waking up at will, except out of a funky train of thought instead of a dream.  Here’s the mindfuck, sometimes I don’t even realize I’m in one of those negative outlooks until looking back on things at a later time.  Shit’s like lion taming... some days are gonna be better than others..:whip:

I think like this too. My body is a vehicle tool that I use to traverse and cultivate experiences within this super interesting reality.
