Ehm... I'm saying lower end of the scale, but it's more than it was 9 months ago. Is self love and self worth the same? I struggle with self worth and sometimes (like right at this moment) I cant see what I bring to the table, even though i am working on it and making improvements.

I have goals and ambitions, which I've never had in my life before now, I'm challenging myself mentally and physically and I can only hope that the changes I have made one day pay off.

I would say I really do not love myself at all, I don't see myself as overly kind, nor do I see myself as someone who is angry or disrespectful to others. Honestly I draw blank when I think about loving myself. I feel that I can love others but the thought of loving myself and who I am, is just a completely foreign idea to me.

I try not to be hard on myself, but the biggest critic in my life is myself and I have tried to reflect on my choices in life and make things better. I find it hard to let things go, despite how much I know nothing will change regardless on whether I do or do not.

No that's not what I meant. I picked 10 because shit is "right" in my reality. Not a 10 for my body but a 10 my reality as i experience it.

I love myself because I am myself. At one point I was under the influence of a dark magic or maybe a spiritual possession but I contacted the spirits and did a purge ritual and now I'm whole again.

it really depends on my mood

after a good meditation session, a long hike, or even a mushroom trip it's probably close to a 10.

I've partied a little too much this weekend and am suffering the after-effects, so that number's a lot closer to zero presently.
