I'm seeing a mycelial explosion out there right now.  Should be some nice ovoid flush's this spring.

Man wish i was fortunate to have some ovoid myc. Going somewhere already. My spore print from a fellow shoomerite didnt take... the hunt continues. Becaise once i find one... i know its on like donkey kong. :donkey:  :donkey:

How far out are yall from portland or Seattle would you say you are based oviod scorers?

I score ovoids in Portland proper, have not found them outside of city limits.  I'm willing to bet people have found them in the surrounding metro area, but I have not.

Ovoids are notorious for not germing on plates, specially PDA.  One guy on here with that problem was having success germing them on BRF plates.  Basically he made a thin layer of BRF and verm on the bottom of a pasty plate and germed the ovoids on that.

For the life of me I cannot find a link, but there you go.

I'm still finding occasional cyans, haven't been posting tho because I just started my first cubensis grow and I'm kinda distracted. Anyways I'll snap a picture the next time I find one for proof. Last year I found a dried out azure on February 15th.

If you like really greasy salami sandwiches I like to stop at salumi's when I go hunt Seattle.  Find some fish and our herb over here is nice too.  Hit up every park

    There are two nice hostels downtown very easy to find, clean and friendly.  I forget the name but check the prices one is half the price of the other and pretty sweet.
