Ah yes, sounds like you are referring to the Ascension Process and that the Solar System is moving into a web of dark matter or some kind of exotic energy/matter in our Milky Way Galaxy.

Im curious how this turns out....Its supposed to be happening within a few years.

The 'problem' with evolution, is that it seems to favor fitness over viewing reality as it really is.

With time, conscious beings continue to lose the concept of what "real" is.

Things we see, noises, smells, etc., are not real, they're a workable model of reality better suited for our survival.

Consciousness itself may even be keeping 'us' further from reality, just because it exists and defines our invented view of a self doesn't mean it's anything enlightening as to the meaning of existence, it's just one part of it all.

As life evolved and developed new perceptions, vast amounts of new sensory information needed to be processed and integrated, and consciousness could be just a very efficient way of processing that new sensory information and allowing the being to act accordingly. The fact that there appears to be a "we" to experience it is perplexing, but not necessarily indicative of anything.

Psychedlics are interesting because they give us a glimpse of different potentials.

I don't know that anything can turn back the clock on evolution and allow us to see the real picture. Maybe death..

Nothing external that happens could really phase me much. It might alter my view of materialist science, but the only truth I see is my ability to exist in a way that I see as sustainable and fulfilling.

Jesus could land on a UFO tomorrow and explain it all to us, I'd still have my flaws, assholes would still be assholes.

We can only effect miraculous change in ourselves, and hope for a ripple effect.

Yeah yeah, then it all dies.

Honestly, I try and remain humble about all this.

We are so small within universe, who in their right mind believes/thinks they, or even humans as a species, can influence such a massive 'thing', in which we can't ever get off our own small rock of a planet.

If anything, we as a species would have to evolve to expand our consciousness enough to be able to occupy AI bodies in order to travel the time and distances required to properly explore universe before there is nothing left to explore.

Then you're left with what you were given it the beginning. Nothing, to be alone in.

Get used to it.

This post brings me back to when I was like 20/21 and the first ancient aliens had just come out and I was really into reading David Wilcock, eating 2c-x and shrooms almost every day, speculating about 2012 involving consciousness shifting into a higher density, keeping my eyes peeled for UFOs, and just generally being optimistic that forces unknown were going to redeem mankind from what I perceived to be a hopeless slide into oblivion.

I mean I think that the exponentially increasing flow of information exposure to information-processing entities could be argued to correspond with an "increased density of consciousness". Whether or not this is merely a short-lived statistical anomaly in an increasingly entropic universe, or an artifact of some creative will we can only speculate about, whether it be God or the kid who programmed the computer we live in, we will probably never know. Believe what makes you comfortable until it doesn't, then believe something else.
