Very possible but then you have to accept various conspiracy theories if you believe this including illusion of freedom of choice and will. Also the possibility that higher dimentional beings make our choices for us and as such our souls are on a path of predetermined destiny.

we can only control our environment to a certain extent, but i believe every moment is an original moment.

we can choose to drink water or juice but can't make it rain, and the rain affects my reality much more than whether or not i drink water or juice.

free will is definitely limited.

of course they are, everything is an illusion, our reality itself is an illusion because even time is an illusion but here it is happening, i dont fucking get it but it has to be the truth if the annunaki's one day last 15 earth years, and plus all spirit is the same spirit, just spirit, like water is water, so we live on to some degree.

even if our reality was real, reality has no opposite to compare itself to, no structure outside of itself to call something other than itself, and that include fantasy and imagination, we're only as real as the cartoons on tv.

Time is just a measure of change. We base our measure of time on things that are predictable like rotation of the Earth and vibrational frequency of elements. Perception of time differs for observers, likely due to relative speed differences of cognitive function.

Duality is a bit more tricky because humans tend to see duality in everything. Video is somewhat correct with 1 vs 0 rather than 1 vs -1, but the examples given are subjective and that's where humans tend to fuck things up. Duality is actually a simplified way of describing physical interaction of forces. These interactions are objective. They function on astronomical scales and atomic scales. They likely have a notable effect on cognitive function and work to shape our subjective experience.

why there is reality and patterned, law-like consistency at all, rather than noise or non-reality is not a question physics answers. It's a question physics presupposes an answer to in order to provide other answers.

why is everything an illusion?
the illusoryness of things are aggregate of mental forms or meanings that we attach to things - all the extra stuff we keep adding and the imaginary things we come to treat as more important than actual interactions with people and the world.

Sometimes it is used to convey that something is unlasting, and if it is unlasting it is not "real" but that twist in meaning is unfortunate, since all things are subject to change, but only imaginary and wrong things are illusion.

simple mind forms or aggregate mind forms, they have all the ordinary features of reality, but without being honestly real, they tie into reality by:
reversing time lines,
negating dependent origination (natural causation),
blaming false causes,
mistaking identity,
assuming intent,
denying scientifically proven facts,
imagining you can read minds.
etc.
