Nah, clearly there's more deserving targets of aggression, like pedophiles and serial killers. We can leave the physically disabled people alone for now.

but isn't it possible that the physically disabled breeding are creating pedophiles and serial killers?

its like i said before society always trys to put bandaids on things rather than actually trying to fix the real problem

LOL, well the problem with that is there's no evidence of any kind that shows physically disabled people are breeding and spawning pedophiles and serial killers at a higher rate than normal, Mr. Backyard Eugenics.

How do you feel about culling mentally retarded people though? If you're for that then you could take a stand and get the ball rolling by suiciding yourself

Uhhh, what does the 1st amendment say about recording people? It says alot if you follow court cases. You have the right to record in public. You don't have the right to record in places with expectations of privacy. Last I checked their was no expectations of privacy in mcdonalds.

Im not comfortable with cameras everywhere as much as the next guy, but im all about equal oppurtunity when it comes to the law and rights in America. People flip the fuck out when they get recorded, yet they are on surveillance camera all day long, its just like give me a fucking break.

Not sure if you guys have seen survelliance camera man on youtube, he records people without saying anything to catch reactions. Most people freak out, and threaten to call the cops even if hes allowed to record them in public. Hes making a political statement that most people dont like being recorded, yet they dont stand up to the nanny state that has formed over the years.

Heres a compilation of his videos:

We may not like it, but it's coming. We were just watching something set in the before-phones time, and it was beautiful

Edit, no, it was Boredwalk Empire
Not beautiful, not at all
Not a bad show though

my biggest complaint about the post phone era is people are so quick to pull out their phones and record rather then help a fellow human. I feel like it distances themselves from the situation.

How many times have you guys been to a festival where someone is freaking out and having an especially hard time on some psychedelics, and people crowd around to take youtube video instead of helping? Back in the day we would sit down, give them some water, talk them through things, not make a fucking scene by recording the poor soul. Not to mention you can't let your freak flag fly anymore without worrying that it will end up on youtube for eternity.

Suffice to say, going around attacking people and stripping constitutional rights isn't the right way of going about things.

but there's nothing in the first amendment because they didn't have camera's back when it was written.  just because some judge paid off by big interests says its ok doesn't mean it is.  again nobody has mentioned 1 single good reason to allow camera's for recording people at their lowest moments.  That is why i mentioned gun rights you went and took rights 'away' from gun owners....but for 'camera's' we are going and 'giving more' rights.  interesting how what benefits big gov just happens to be what direction the laws go, but the hardest pill to swallow is the people that are actually supporting it but can't even think of a good reason for doing it other than '1st amendment rights' that don't even apply to it, at least gun owners have a good reason like feeding their family's, protecting their family's, oh and actually trying to enforce the amendment, not what some judge thinks 100's of years later.  everyone was pissed about phone spying, but then....nothing.  get real those fkin judges don't mean shit.

so i can go fly a drone and film peoples bathrooms from the street tho right cuss thats totally cool?  but homes have expected privacy? tell that to google street.  no privacy at mcdonalds?  tell that to the drone that flys into the womens bathroom?  even in public there is a god dam expectation to privacy, when u are talking to someone and u realize someone else is listening who shouldn't be everyone gives dirty looks and gets mad.  sometimes thats buisness people talking important info, maybe someone brings a sensitive document to read, there is a god dam expectation that people arn't going to read and listen to your converstation.  its expected that people mind their buisness.  You are saying cool, lets record everything.  naw brah, wake up.

when u are in public obviously people see you, but its not an 'expectation' that all of your moments will be recorded and follow you around till the end of time on youtube.  That is something 'new' that the laws should have caught up to and protected people from.

I don't think I ever said that. I said I would be uncomfortable with somebody whose everyday life was being recorded from their perspective. And I think that is reasonable, even considering the amount of surveillance that goes on these days, because it's so much more personal than being recorded by a CCTV security circuit or something.

Perhaps I stated my opinion a bit coarsely, and I'm sorry if I offended you.

We ordered two Ranch Wraps, one burger, and one mango McFlurry, from a cashier who I will refer to as "Possible Witness 2". My daughter handled the cash to pay Possible Witness 2, as my daughter wanted to practice her French. Possible Witness 2 complimented my daughter on her fluency in French.

I don't give a fuck what you've ordered. That has actual zero relevance to the story and almost seems like you're trying to sneak in an ad for McDonalds.

Quote:
Next my family and I seated ourselves in the restaurant right by the entrance, so we could watch people walking along Avenue Champs Elysees while we ate our meal.

Nor do I give a shit about your seating arrangements. And you are technically recording all of those people.

Quote:
Subsequently another person within McDonalds physically assaulted me, while I was in McDonand's, eating my McDonald's Ranch Wrap that I had just purchased at this McDonald's. He angrily grabbed my eyeglass, and tried to pull it off my head. The eyeglass is permanently attached and does not come off my skull without special tools.

:laugh2:

Also since when is someone making a post on reddit "acting" on behalf of anyone? Shit is like entertainment, like public news for the public by the public of internets. I don't know. I'm waiting for the bionic brain augments.

His everyday life isn't even being recorded though. Why can't you understand that already? Take the time to inform yourself and understand an issue before speaking on it instead of just going off on irrational rants full of hate and ignorance. Your lack of logic and critical thinking skills are even more offensive than your knee-jerk hate and bigotry though, honestly. And all your reactions to his choice of body modification are beyond ironic.

I've noticed this too. It's quite sad. Removing technology from the hands of the public isn't the answer either. I've always voted that education would go a ways more than any sort of restriction ever would. But we are still facing a battle in that so many people are willfully ignorant and refuse to acknowledge that too much time on a computer or whatever is indeed a bad thing. Adults of this generation are all too happy to agree that it isn't good for kids, simply because they didn't do it as they were kids, and yet all of them own a smartphone and a tablet and use it constantly without paying any attention to their surroundings. It is a tool that, when overused like any other tool, is nothing but a distraction.
