Any action that causes ill to another is not subject to explanation as being a "right", and should be considered a crime. Regardless of whatever moronic explanation you attempt to bullshit in order to justify it.

It's nobody's right to break into their expensive facilities. They are able to attempt it if they so desire, but if they get caught they do entirely deserve the jail sentence they get.

Also since they broke into the facility, anything they saw which possibly could have been evidence of animal cruelty was made useless to them. Were I in charge of their actions I would have arranged to plant someone as an employee and have them work from the inside. It saves the company damages and provides potential evidence with which legal action or new legislation could be undertaken. And, worst case scenario, they could have used their access to sneak back in (non damaginingly) and release the animals.

Not in my opinion they don't. At least not the same as humans. I'm a lifelong pet owner and animal lover and animal cruelty turns my stomach. But I don't put people on the same par as the rest of the animal kingdom. We are unique, like it or not.

And I don't "co-habitate" with my pets, I own them.
