Singing is my #1. Yoga, slide guitar, and meditation all hold a great place in my heart as well. And being kind. Can't forget that good old compassion and all its wonderful glory.

When I work a shift that I kill it. There's the immediate satisfaction of making money and knowing I killed it. Great feeling.

Tricking a trout with a fly that I tied myself.

Doing a carry-through portage with dry pack (65lbs) and canoe (45lbs) over 2 miles of difficult terrain in the middle of nowhere. You've never felt satisfaction like setting that gear down, muscles cramped up and drenched in sweat.
