What gives you satisfaction?

Maybe it's painting, composing music, writing, or even...*horrors* working?  What gives you a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction?  What fills you with joy?

For me, it's learning English.  Whenever I learn of something previous unknown to me, some words or phrases that help me to express my thoughts PRECISELY, it just gives me a tremendous feeling of satisfaction.  I love this feeling.  And I think right now I am in a "good place" linguistically--my English is good enough for the purpose of working and communicating with people in everyday settings, but there is still (lots of) room for improvement.  It's like I got the best of two worlds. 

So...what do you enjoy doing that gives you satisfaction?
