I was under the impression they built up in your brain over time, and the effects were very mild.

zombi3, have you experienced any negative side effects? Seems like asante's experience is pretty unusual, but any kind of nagging lingering side effects? Ill admit, from someone who done little research on the subject, as an outsider it looks like you take to much. Like somehow all these doses can't be healthy. Especially if long term side effects aren't completely understood.
