Do any of you take nootropics?

If so have the effects been noticeable at all?

Well, I take a variety of supplements, I have heard of some nootropcs I wish to try, I at least take lots of ginseng, adaptogen, and a formula to help cerebral repair. (U'FINER) , I also take several herbs, a 5-HTP and sutheanine contaning supplement to help boost my serotonin, L-tyrosine, a liquid multi, glucosamine chondritin, MSM, Iron+herbs, fish oil, (a nootropic for sure) probiotics, etc.

High dose fish oil is good for brian. I take ginko sometimes too. taurine as well.

I am interested in nootropics, there was one that looked great.

i have taken SAMe, that was pretty interesting as well....

let me know, one I liked was a vasodilator that changed vision, it has bene discussed on here, I should find it again.
